Maggie Klare
I began practicing yoga in 2012 to manage stress. My first yoga teacher, Christine, left an indelible mark on my heart and I've wanted to give that love and magic to others ever since. In 2022 I began practicing at the Flourish studio and I knew that I had found something very special. It felt like hOme. I joined the Flourish 200-hour teacher training under the blessing that is Jen Xanders in September. I had no idea what I was about to get into, and to say that experience has profoundly changed my life is just the beginning. I am honored to be able to hold this space for others on their personal journeys.
Being human is hard. It is my mission that teaching yoga includes nothing but joy, acceptance, and unconditional love. I enjoy all vinyasa styles from gentle to hot. I like to incorporate the use of props to help myself and students find the shape that feels good for your body and to have some fun. I hope you will find a class with me to be restorative and playful with a great playlist!
Off the mat you will find me spending time with my two phenomenal daughters, Mallory and Abby, and having fun with my amazing tribe of friends. I also enjoy listening to podcasts, hiking, reading, and enjoying great coffee! Namaste.
