In 2004 I began intermittently practicing yoga as a way to add diversity to my weekly fitness routine. After my first practice, I noticed my mood had significantly shifted. From that day, I became curious about yoga and it’s benefits. I realized there is power through movement and breathwork.

My intermittent practice continued and in 2015 I obtained certification in PIYO. In 2020, I chose to learn even more and completed YTT 200.

Yoga for me, allows me to quiet my mind and find stillness in a frantic world. It allows me to believe in myself and walk through this life a bit more attentive, enjoying the moments along the way. I teach in hope to help those who practice with me, cultivate a bit of the same peace in their life.
