Greta Snell, RYT500, RPYT

My regular yoga practice began in 2012 as a way to strengthen and soften my physical body. However, yoga pretty quickly became my gateway ticket to something bigger and better: holistic healing. Through vinyasa-style classes, I realized the true depth of this ancient practice.

In 2018, I completed my first yoga teacher training at Flourish and began teaching at the studio. In 2020, I expanded my yoga education and became a RYT500 instructor. In 2021, as I prepared to welcome my third child, I earned my certification in pre- and post-natal yoga. I continue to deepen my knowledge through study and personal practice.

I truly believe our body is the most intelligent and intuitive teacher we have, and yoga’s eight limbs are some of our greatest tools for experiencing life in the best way. Leaning into this practice is — and always will be — one of the greatest gifts I’ve given myself.

Meditation in motion gave me so much, which inspires my class styles. Students can expect a fun, fiery vinyasa-style class when we meet on our mats. I like to get creative in my sequencing, build on a theme, and pair it with an energetic playlist to create a place and space of freedom and flow. I hope each student leaves the studio stronger and with clarity of the mind and spirit (and a good bit of sweat too).

Married to my college sweetheart, I’m a mother to three incredible kids with a career in public relations and a love for learning, storytelling, and movement. Yoga is my passion project, and it is a privilege to share it with anyone who lets me. You can find more from me on Instagram at @gretasnell.
