Dawn’s preferred yoga practice is a playful mix of a gentle Hatha flow and Yin. An artful blend of gentle movements focusing on breathwork, meditation, and body awareness. Calming to the mind and spirit. Dawn will always provide a welcoming and safe space for all to practice. Dawn has been practicing yoga for 20 years and recently completed her 200 YTT in March, 2024 at Flourish Yoga + Wellbeing.
Born and raised in Minnesota Dawn loves the outdoors. She enjoys hiking, birding, camping and gardening. She completed a Master Naturalist course offered by the DNR in 2019.
After 14 years working as a nurse with the Community Hospital Network she is expanding her interests outside of nursing. She is exploring her other passions including yoga, art works and is a member of the Blatchley Nature Center.
Dawn’s family has supported and participated in her yoga journey; she feels abundantly blessed.
